.30 Carbine caliber, 18" barrel, S/N 4170506. Parkerized finish with "high wood" walnut stock. Blade front sight with Type II rear sight. Barrel marked with "MARLIN" manufacture markings. Stock sling well marked with "RS" stamp. Right side of stock marked with faint Ordnance wheel and inspection stamp. Fitted with late front barrel band. Counterpane marked with Rock Island rebuild cartouche. **Very good condition. Some handling marks and blemishes to finish with some evidence of refinishing to stock. Bore is mirror bright.** $1,000-$1,500
