.41 rf caliber, 2.25" barrel, S/N 3239. Being a link between percussion pocket guns and modern cartridge hand guns, the Moore Patent Firearm Co. No. 1 Derringer, is the first all metal high caliber derringer manufactured.  Moores marking on the top of the barrel, with the rare pat address under the barrel.  Engraved barrel and brass frame. Overall nice sharp crisp markings, the engraving is sharp. The barrel is mostly gray patina. The brass with nice untouched patina.  The bore is very good.
