.440 Bore diameter, 2.5" screw barrel, NSN. 18th-century British Flintlock Pocket Pistol made by London gunsmith White. Designed for concealment and personal defense, this design of pocket pistol represents the typical style of late Georgian self-defense preferred by gentlemen. Engraved rounded frame with safety behind the frizzen. Rounded walnut grip.  The frame and barrel with a nice even look of dark patina blending with some staining. The grips have two old repairs that blend quite well.  Overall very good.
