12 MM pinfire caliber, 5" octagonal to round barrel, NSN. Rare Elola Eibar Pinfire Combination Knife Revolver manufactured in the world renowned firearms region of Eibar, Spain in the 1870's. This multi-functional sidearm features an integrated knife blade/sliding bayonet mounted directly beneath the barrel housing. Under the barrel has a brass casing with a 3.25" spear point  knife that pushes out and the catch holds in place while being  used. The frame has some of the original blue finish in the protected areas. The cylinder retains most of the original blue finish. The barrel is in the white. The checkered walnut grips are very good. Overall an excellent example of this rare combination knife and pistol.
