.41 rf caliber, 2.5" barrel length, S/N 35.  The American Arms Co. double barrel Derringer was produced in limited quantities, this pistol utilizes a manually operated swivel-breech mechanism designed by Henry F. Wheeler. By placing the hammer at half-cock and depressing a small release catch forward of the spur trigger, the user manually rotates the vertically stacked barrels 180 degrees to index and fire the second chamber. Blue barrels with a silver wash brass frame and rosewood grips.  The barrels are nice sharp with crisp markings. The metal displays a nice brown patina.  The brass frame with nice dark patina. The grips are very good. The  bores are fair to good.
