.58 bore diameter, 32" round barrel, NSN. The Belgian Percussion Cadet Rifle refers to modeled-down, small-caliber training arms produced in Liège, Belgium, during the mid-to-late 19th century. These weapons were crafted to roughly 75% scale of standard full-sized military muskets. They were built specifically for youth cadet corps, school drill teams, and European or American military academy training. The barrel marked with a number "11". Walnut full stock with concave cheek piece and finger grooved trigger plate with brass trigger bow. Brass bands and brass buttplate. All metal is smooth and brown with some very light staining. The metal has a nice even look. The stock is excellent. Overall this cadet rifle is excellent.
