32 caliber, 6.25" barrel length, S/N 6. The Albert Christ 18-Shot Revolver is a rare 19th-century American firearm design that stands as a fascinating example of early high-capacity experimentation. Patented by Albert Christ of Ohio in 1866, the weapon was designed to solve the low capacity of standard six-shot revolvers before the mass adoption of modern repeating rifles. Because it was primarily an experimental concept, it never saw mass military or commercial production, making surviving examples  exceptionally rare 18 Shot revolver with two barrels Over/under.  Missing the back half and grips. This very rare American made revolver is in good condition.
