.610 bore diameter, 8" octagonal to round barrel, NSN. A scarce Spanish conversion from a Miquelet to a percussion pistol. The Miquelet is a defining chapter of Spanish Empire in firearms designed that spread across the Mediterranean. This is a perfectly crafted conversion maintaining the external lock work.   All metal is gray to brown with untouched patina. The tang is very nicely engraved.  Gilt proof marks on the top of the  barrel. Nicely engraved lockplate. Walnut stock with nicely engraved brass furniture and grotesque mask butt. Overall this pistol is excellent.
