7.65 x53 caliber, 30" barrel with cleaning rod, S/N B3345. Produced under a massive modernization contract for the Argentine Republic, these rifles were built primarily by Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) in Berlin, Germany, starting in 1909. They were chambered in the highly efficient 7.65x53mm Argentine cartridge and built to a standard of fit, finish, and material quality that would be cost-prohibitive to replicate today. Considered by some historians and collectors as one of the finest military arms produced. Finished with blue barrel, safety, triggerguard and bands.  Burnished white receiver.  Walnut stock and handguard.  The bolt, triggerguard, receiver and stock have matching numbers.  Overall this rifle is excellent with excellent bore.  The stock and forearm has some minor nicks and dings.
